love the mood here.
Thanks, pleased you liked it.
I’m looking at your shots and I’m very impressed.
Nice to meet you,
The feeling is mutual – you have some great work on your site. A very individual style: I like it a lot.
Thanks for dropping by.
Totally worth the wait – looks like you had time to work out the the perfect exposure. What a sky, and then that unexpected cloud down to the right is the icing on the cake!
Thanks – yes my trusty Pentax spot meter…..
Wow, this looks amazing in B&W!
once in a while I manage to translate what I have on film/paper into a reasonably good screen representation, pleased you likes it.
Stunning sky…black and white suits this pic and really brings out the drama of the place! I like it!
Shams has some quite dramatic weather at this time of the year.
I spend a lot of time in the area for my work (so get paid for being able to enjoy this scenery )
L>O>L…tell me, how can I get a job like that there tooo!!! ;O)
Become a Radar engineer
OK!! Too late for that now….
Wow love this one David
Wonderful light and landscape.
Ilford Xp2 super helped, but scanning; hard work.
Pleased you like it.
Beautiful lighting and a stunning sky. Like it David.
Thanks Dave – I sat for an hour waiting for this,
Probably why I get the comment about taking an age for just one shot.
It seems like is the Judgment day or some Apocalypse!
The one thing that can be said about the weather on Shams is that it is not boring…
I didn´t say that!
Maybe this is a misunderstanding of the proverbial English understatement….
I was agreeing with you
